Goody Bocs strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an wonderful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Upon receipt of your approved return, Goody Bocs will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
